Customer Accounts Executive

EMERGE Recycling

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Permanent contract

Up to £25,500 depending on experience

Passionate about environmental issues, waste reuse and recycling? This is an exciting time for a Customer Accounts Executive to join our cutting edge social enterprise, to provide top class customer account support, delivering excellent customer care, scheduling and resource management.   Key areas of the role include: customer account management, operational support, and information management.

You will coordinate the day to day running of our customer care and service delivery services, acting as the voice of our customers to ensure orders and requests are dealt with efficiently.   You’ll support sales activity for new customers, and offer additional services to existing customers to help us grow our business.   Our team of Driver Collectors will rely on you to update schedules and keep them supplied with the resources they need to do their jobs efficiently.   You’ll also get involved in producing data for KPI reports, sales activity, and waste records.

The successful candidate will have solid experience working in a customer account service environment, with experience of resolving customer issues.  You’ll be a confident communicator (especially on the phone) with a professional and efficient attitude.  Your well-established admin skills and attention to detail are vital to help ensure we meet our customers’ needs and track data accurately.  You’ll be self-motivated,  committed to quality improvement, and comfortable taking action when required.
